Mr. Shooshan’s primary role at Foris is to manage its external relationships with third party companies, providers and partners. Eli manages the acquisition process of spectrum licenses and in-country operations in the various countries Foris decides to operate in. A cofounder of Fore Group, Eli shares management and vision decision making responsibilities with Dov. Together with Dov, Eli has shared an active role in successfully creating and managing various infrastructure operations in the group’s target markets. Eli and Dov were together responsible for starting BakCell, building the initial operations, growing the customer base, and selling the company for a significant profit. Eli is a director at YMAX Telecom, Toshira, Fore Group, FTS, and many other Fore Group companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates. In addition, Eli is member of various philanthropic groups that support children’s education, musicians, and more. Eli studied electronics and communications in the Israeli Army Communications Corps.
Dov Slook
Chairman and CEO
Mr. Slook is Foris’ Chairman and CEO. He manages Foris’ day to day operations, provides guidance as to the future direction of the firm, and oversees the company’s board. Dov is responsible for executing the overall vision and strategy of the firm, specifically as it relates to opportunities in emerging and developing countries. Dov is a co-founder of the Fore Group, Foris’ parent company. Prior to joining Foris, Dov successfully created and managed various infrastructure operations in the same countries Foris is currently targeting; and, he brings that experience and vision to Foris. Dov was previously responsible for starting BakCell, building the initial operations, growing the customer base, inserting global partners, and selling the company for a significant profit. Together with Eli, Dov manages the relationships with the various other companies within the Fore Group. Dov is also a director at WiMax Telecom, InspiAir, Toshira and Fore Group. Dov is considered to be amongst Israel's leading entrepreneurs. He is an active member of local charities that support and manage orphanages and help families in need. Dov earned his engineering degree at BenGurionUniversity.
Haim Maimon
Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Maimon oversees the company’s daily operations, maintains relationships with third party providers as well as country and regional managers. Prior to his role at Foris, Haim was the CEO of BakCell Ltd., the first cellular operator in Azerbaijan. In addition, Haim has built and managed operations, finance, IT, and billing system departments for other firms. Haim holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economy from the TelAvivUniversity, and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel (CPA Isr.)
Assaf Wand
Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer
Mr. Wand’s primary role at Foris includes the study and implementation of global investment and business opportunities in the various target markets around the world. Assaf transforms the company’s vision to business strategy and ensures buy-in from management as well as the sister companies. Assaf also acts as the liaison between the firm, external investors, and other financial institutions. Prior to his role at Foris, Assaf was part of the founding team of Arcadian Networks, the first US broadband wireless carrier for utilities and industries with dispersed assets in rural areas. Prior to his role at Arcadian, Assaf worked for McKinsey in New York, where he consulted Fortune 100 clients in various areas. Assaf also worked at Intel Capital in Israel as a strategic investment manager where he focused primarily on early stage investments. Mr. Wand holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, and a Law degree from the InterdisciplinaryCenter in Herzeliya, Israel.
Or Laufer
Chief Information Officer
Mr. Laufer recently joined Foris as the Chief Information Officer. In this role, Or will lead the company’s IT operations in accordance with the strategy and vision set by the firm’s management. Or’s main responsibilities will include; managing IT relationships with other Fore Group companies, managing and locating the appropriate providers for other IT equipment necessary to set up local operations in the target emerging markets, and set up the plan for the overall IT operations of the firm. Prior to joining Foris, Or was the CIO of BakCell where he managed 45 people of the second largest GSM operator in Azerbaijan. Prior to his role at BakCell, Or served as a team leader and software engineer in the Israeli Army elite Information System Division (Mamram).

Mr. Schvadron's main role at Foris includes the planning, negotiation, and implementation of global market penetration and ongoing marketing plans for Foris' various target markets around the world. Prior to his role at Foris, Gadi was the Founder and CEO of
